Maryland SART has organized several committees to help the organization run efficiently. For more information and to volunteer for a committee, click on the links below.

CART Development Committee

Works with counties to assist them in developing County Animal Response Teams.  Designates its members to act as liaisons to each CART currently working with MD SART. Communicates CART needs to the MD SART board and its other committees.
 

Fundraising/Marketing Committee

Develops the necessary marketing plans to raise funds for MD SART and, through various means, raises the needed funds for MD SART.
 

Newsletter Committee

Writes and puts together for publication a SART newsletter published at least twice yearly.
 

Training Committee

In conjunction with the CART committee, determines the training needs of CART and SART members. Sets up appropriate training programs from within MD SART or through an outside disaster-relief organization, advertises the training events and ensures that the programs run smoothly. Posts other related training opportunities to the MD SART calendar of events.
