Committee Mission: To design, setup, schedule and staff all exhibits.

Methods

1. Design exhibits to be shown at fairs, shows, meetings, etc.

2. Obtain, schedule and coordinate volunteers to staff exhibits.

3. Schedule exhibits and meetings at which to show.

4. Set up and take down exhibits.

5. Decide upon and obtain brochures, supplies, gifts to be distributed.

6. Track attendees and report to board success of exhibits and recommendations to show at future exhibits of same organization.
